angle-shooting horror stories
What's the worst you've seen, or heard of? After years of dealing, I've got some doosies. Sadly, not all of them have happy endings. 1) Casino regular versus a casino novice (possible an online player, hard to tell). Flop comes Q-10-6, two diamonds. Regular bets, novice calls. Turn is another 6. Regular checks, novice announces a bet of $300. Regular calls. It happens that the novice's stack was $316, so he had only $16 left. The river is another blank -- I think a 5 -- and the regular checks. The novice bets his last $16, and the regular pauses, looking sheepish. He says, "This sucks. Obviously I don't want to fold for $16 but I missed everything" and turns his K-J of diamonds face up. Before I can say anything, the novice player laughs and says "That's funny, I've got the same thing" and turns over K-J offsuit. The regular says, "I call." Novice says, "wait, what?" The applicable rule here was that in our cardroom, when two players were heads up, they were permitted to show their opponents one or both cards. The regular's showing his hand did not constitute a fold, though he clearly knew his opponent might think he was folding. The result was unfortunate. I called the houseman over immediately, and he explained the rule to the novice player -- that neither of them had folded, action was still live, and the bet was still to the regular player. The regular player had called, so the pot was split. The regular player was strongly cautioned not to pull that shit anymore, but in this case, the rules were unfortunately in his favor. 2) This one will make some people angry. I didn't witness it, tragically, but heard about it from coworkers the day after. It's at $1/$2 NLH, but there are two players with massive stacks, and they've been goading each other all night. They reach a flop heads up with over $400 in the pot already, and one player (we'll call him Alan) announces a $600 bet and pushes in his remaining six stacks of red $5 chips. He still has two white $1 chips that remain sitting on his cards, and a lot of people can probably already see where this is going. The dealer announces "$600 all in." The remaining player (call him Bruce) has him covered by about $150 or so, and says "I call." The dealer says "All in and call, action complete" (this dealer is sort of fresh out of poker training, so she's trying to do everything she was taught to do in terms of announcing play, but she's not at all prepared for what's about to happen), and deals out the turn and river. It happens that Alan had a flush draw and missed, while Bruce has top set. However, Alan has called the houseman over. "I wasn't all in, I don't know why she dealt the river. I still have these $2 I was going to bet." Alan is arguing that there should have been action on the turn, that the river was dealt early and should be washed back into the deck, and a new river dealt. The applicable rules here are several. The procedure if a dealer erroneously reveals the flop, turn or river before action is complete is to wash those cards into the deck and re-deal them. It's also a rule that a player can be considered "all in" while still keeping back a single $1 chip to protect his cards, however this rule applies to only a single chip. Alan had two chips. Theoretically, action should not have been complete. However, there's a third rule that's sort of deep in the binder, that states that players have a responsibility to make the dealer aware of any mistake in the action they notice in a timely manner. This rule exists for situations where, for example, the dealer doesn't realize a player still has cards and allows him to stay in a hand without calling a bet. The dealer (mistakenly) announced Alan's $600 bet as an all in, and mistakenly declared action complete. Alan had opportunities to correct her and did not. The result here was tragic. The houseman either didn't know or didn't remember to implement the rule placing responsibility on Alan to correct the dealer. As such, the houseman ruled that the $2 still were live, and that Alan had the right to bet the turn. The river was re-washed, a new river was dealt, and Alan made his flush, winning over $1600 he should not have. A memo was later issued to houseman clarifying that what should have happened is Alan should have been declared all in and not allowed to bet the $2, and should have been counseled against angle-shooting. "Do we believe," the memo asked, "that if the player had made his flush on the river, he'd still have demanded that the card be redrawn so he could bet his $2?" 3) This is a story where I'm the villain, although I consider the other player the real villain. I was playing $1/$2 NLH in a 10-handed ring game, I was seat 1. Seat 9 was wearing headphones and would occasionally drum on the table, which was annoying. More annoying is that he didn't bother to follow the action and the dealer had to work to get his attention when it was his turn to act. The dealer was polite and didn't say anything, but I wasn't working, so it's not my job to be polite. I told the Seat 9 "please, take your headphones out, you're slowing the game down." Seat 9 said "I'm allowed to wear these." I said, "Sure, but you're not following the action and you can't hear the dealer." Seat 9 says, "I can follow the action just fine, shut up and worry about yourself." Okay, fine. A few hands later, I call Seat 9's raise from the big blind with K-5 suited. This was not a good play. The flop came K-9-4 and I bet something like $25, about 2/3 of the pot. Seat 9 doesn't even wait for me to finish my bet before he's throwing a chip in to call. The turn comes a queen. I check, Seat 9 bets $60, and I call. I'm worried I'm beat here. The river comes another king, but it's the third heart as well. I check, and Seat 9 bets another $80. I can't fold for such a small bet. I turn to the dealer and say, audibly, "I call." Then I quickly push my entire stack -- roughly $500 more -- into the middle. Seat 9's got his head phones in and didn't hear me say "call," or hear the dealer say "call," louder, and tosses his cards into the muck before anyone can stop him. When he realizes what happened, he calls the houseman, complaining that he'd mucked a straight because he thought I'd raised. The applicable rule here was that when two actions contradict each other, if one action happened first, it's considered binding, and if it can't be determined which happened first, verbal is always binding. In other words, when I said, audibly, "I call," I was committed to the call, and pushing more chips didn't mean anything. Showdown had been reached at that point, and Seat 9 could have tabled his cards. Once the cards had been mucked, they could not be retrieved. There was discussion about whether my misrepresenting my action by pushing the chips forward should be punished in the same way as if I had misrepresented my hand, but there's no such rule. Further, given that everyone else at the table heard both me and the dealer say "call," the houseman determined that Seat 9 was at fault for misunderstanding. (He'd apparently been at it for quite a while with the headphones and had annoyed multiple dealers already, so the houseman had little patience for him and wasn't about to make a special exception for him -- it was his choice to ignore all audible instructions from the dealer.) The result was that the pot was pushed to the best hand that was tabled -- mine. The houseman made it very clear that I'd better not pull that shit again, though. When I put $40 of Seat 9's money in the tip jar, though, all seemed to be forgiven. Any of you guys have any live casino angle-shooting stories?
Good morning, hope everyone trades responsibly, let’s make some money!

Information and Discussions regarding Covid19 in TT
Update for exemptions (4/12/20)
Rowley reaffirms that the closing of the border is an integral part of TT's covid response strategy. Current measurements (exemption ruling) will stay in effect for the time being.
Updates for exemptions regarding the crossing of borders
The exemption ruling from June remains in place but adapted. Still, only citizens and permanent residents of Trinidad and Tobago may apply for crossing the border in either direction. Information on how to apply for an exemption, visit the Website of the Ministry of National Security here.
What remains in place as was: (1) exemption application still required (see link above). (2) Non-nationals and non-permanent residents are still not eligible unless there are exceptional reasons (which are not further defined).
exemptions are made on a first come first serve basis. Since June, over 13'000 have applied, roughly 7000 have been processed already and about 5'000 are still awaiting a verdict. People who wish to come home for Christmas are strongly advised to calculate their trip well and especially ahead of time.
starting 15th Nov, those who successfully applied and received permission to enter must provide a negative PCR test result which is no older than 72hrs before arrival into this country.
after the arrival, those entering have to go into state quarantine or state supervised quarantine for seven days. On the sixth day, they will be tested and may only leave if the test returns negative. Again, applicants for being exempted are strongly advised to plan the Diwali and Christmas trips well. You will not be allowed to leave quarantine before the negative test result.
When applying, applicants must state whether they want to pay for state supervised quarantine. Applicants should provide all info for all family members who will enter state supervised quarantine too.
All churches will be open for services no more than an hour at 50 per cent capacity. Members will have to also observe social distancing protocols.
The public service will be out in full capacity. Permanent Secretaries, managers and supervisors will have to ensure that “workplace distancing” is observed in addition to proper sanitisation and no congregating in groups.
Gyms can resume operations, however, at 50 per cent capacity from 6 am-10 pm daily.
Casinos, cinemas, theatres and Members Clubs can resume operations at 50 per cent capacity no food and drinks allowed from 8 am to 10 pm.
Beaches along the country’s coastlines are now open but this does not include rivers or ponds. (max 10 person still in effect)
Hotels and guesthouses can also now open pools to their guests.
Daycares and schools remain closed for the time. Tertiary and training institutes that provide training for practical programmes, such as labs and flight training schools that cannot be done online, can also resume once an exemption is granted by the Ministry of Health to do so.
‘I am satisfied that this committee can report within a week and that the tagging system could be available and it will allow us to maximise home quarantine and that will allow us to maximise the inflow of persons who are outside, citizens of Trinidad and Tobago, who are outside to come home and that will then result in an elimination of this exemption system,” Rowley told reporters. “I see this as a cautious reopening of our border. We are in deep discussions with some of our CARICOM (Caribbean Community) colleagues. I spoke with the President of Guyana (Dr. Irfaan Ali) a few days ago at length and we believe that we could begin to have more movement between our citizens and the Guyanese population, the Grenada population, the Barbados population because the level at which they are at is either lower than or equal to us and we can begin sometime not in the too distant future to make more tentative steps with respect to the border opening.”

Part of these lands is already irrigated with Hrazdan river water. It remains to be seen whether the $90m project is "worth it". seismic stability Armenia was divided into 4 seismic zones after the 1988 earthquake. On the scale of 1-4, the Vedi reservoir is in the Level-3 danger zone. The builders took this into account and will make it resistant to 9-10pt quakes. Kocharyan's lawyer is in trouble for not disclosing properties / Grants from George Soros
You're supposed to disclose your income and property if your spouse is a judge. Kocharyan's top lawyer Hayk Alumyan's wife Armenuhi Badiryan is a judge. Alumyan hasn't filed declaration paperwork for 9 years. CivilNet outlet contacted the Corruption Prevention Committee (CPC). The CPC then asked Alumyan to explain why the docs are missing. Alumyan claims his record contains attorney-related legal secrets that are protected under law, so he's exempt from the declaration. CPC, citing a law, made a counter-claim. If Alumyan fails to submit the docs, CPC will launch an ethics hearing which could turn into a felony case. CPC only needs the 2019 documents. "Our primary job is to prevent corruption and to give a person a chance to correct their mistake." Alumyan is currently preparing the documents.

freedom of speech / the U.S. Library of Congress
You may remember that when the Emergency State was declared, per legacy law, the media was required to circulate only official info about the virus. After prompt criticism about free speech, the govt quickly lifted the restrictions. Pashinyan would later complain that the removal of restrictions allowed conspiracy theories to aid the spread of the virus. Nonetheless, the restrictions weren't re-implemented.
The Library of Congress prepared a report about the fake news and how various countries dealt with it, and also mentioned the aforementioned process in Armenia. It mentions another law drafted by Nature Ministry that could allow the Ministry to keep certain info secret from the public. Critics say it will hinder environmental activists' efforts, while the Ministry says it's needed to protect rare animals/plants by keeping their location/details classified. The Library also mentioned a law that restricts the entry of foreign channels in Armenia's free over-the-air public airways, unless an agreement is signed first. The govt says it's aimed as "protecting the Armenian language" and "prioritizing programming in Armenian" by preferring Armenian channels over foreign ones. https://www.amerikayidzayn.com/a/5595119.html , https://factor.am/286364.html

they are taking a bath
A group of volunteers are helping Nature Ministry to save storks by washing them. In some areas, as much as 60% of the population is covered in dirt and oil waste. The theory is that stonks look for food from above, notice a fish breeding facility with plenty of fish, land there, and submerge in facility's pollutants. Adding a bunch of items since my last post! I have 90+ confirmed trades. Also, fair warning, these lists are long, I have a lot of stuff for trade! Looking to do fair value but where I have an item that is worn / in poor shape I value that lower than eBay averages due to condition. Also bolded items are hard trades and I usually only trade limited print Switch games for other limited print Switch games (with some exceptions). p.s. "CIB" means complete, as in including all the booklets and such that were supposed to come in there, otherwise I will clarify what is included. "NIB" means New In Box, aka sealed, "brand new," in the shrink, etc. p.p.s. If we are going to trade, all I ask is please be honest about the condition of your items. I can provide pictures for anything I have, please be willing to do the same! Thanks!

I'm happy to look at lists, but these are my priority wants.
Anyone else having issues with the geolocator function on both the mobile and desktop versions of the BetRivers Illinois Sportsbook? Seems as if they chose the worst geolocator app possible to incorporate into their sportsbook. Half the time it says that I am unable to be geolocated, the other half of the time I am rejected because there are applications (such as Webex) downloaded on my computer that could be used to skirt the geolocator function (or so I'm told by Rivers Casino). I understand that this is a new website and that Rivers Casino was just recently granted a temporary license to operate their sportsbook exclusively online, but I feel like such a big company should have a better grasp of what works and what doesn't. TL;DR: The geolocator app that Rivers Casino in Des Plaines, IL uses is nonsense and prevents me from gambling on their online sportsbook, even though I am located in the state of Illinois.

Sanitizing vs Soap
only use sanitizer if no soap is available. Here's why: While alcohol based solutions work, soap is much more effective and thus safer. This is due to what the virus is. A virus consists of three key components: RNA (ribonucleic acid), proteins and lipids. While the RNA contains the dangerous 'code' that makes us ill, the proteins are used for docking and lipids are what shield the RNA. Soap molecules dock onto the virus' protein and effectively dismantles its shield of lipids. Because this does not happen instantly but takes time, you should soap your hands for about twenty seconds (sing the Happy Birthday song twice). explanation video with animations
Understanding the Threat:
Well-researched Explanation by Kurzgesagt (9min) Original: Flattening the Curve In order to make sure people can get medical treatment despite the crisis, everybody has to reduce their social needs. In most countries, it is no longer a question of if but when you get the virus. As such, the healthcare system must not be overwhelmed. It is thus of the highest importance that the virus is being slowed down. People who are injured in accidents, people who need emergency treatment and so on depend on it. Based on studies we know that:
The virus attacks every age group similarly but remains statistically more likely asymptomatic for younger ones. The pivotal point of it is that they act as transmitters nonetheless. This is why many countries shut down their schools. source Roughly 1 out of 5 remain asymptomatic despite having the virus. source Roughly 15% need medical treatment. source CDC estimates that an infected person can infect 3.8 to 8.9 persons (mean 5.7) source
These 15% will exponentially grow, and they will grow quickly. A look at other countries proves precisely that. How well the country can respond can be measured with death rates. T&T's death rate is currently 6%. This is extremely high for its spread. Incubation Period: From transmission to outbreak, median outbreak time is about 5 days. "(...) 97.5% of people who develop symptoms will do so within 11.5 days of infection (source). This means, people can spread the virus for about 5 to 12 days without even knowing they have the virus themselves because they are not showing symptoms yet. People with the following underlying medical conditions are at higher risk of becoming severely ill:
cancer
cardiovascular disease
chronic respiratory diseases
conditions and therapies that weaken the immune system
Prevention is the most important action you can take to protect yourself and your family from getting COVID-19. The Ministry of Health urges the population to:
Wash your hands with soap and water
Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if water and soap are not available
Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze
Dispose of tissue immediately after using
Cough and sneeze into the crook of your elbow if you do not have a tissue
Avoid touching your face
Practice social distancing (e.g. no kissing, hugging, or hand-shaking, avoid mass gatherings)
Stay home if you are ill
Avoid close contact with people who have flu-like symptoms
Sanitize hard surfaces (e.g. table tops, hand rails, door knobs and trolleys) as often as possible
It is crucial that each and everyone does more Social distancing (SD) should be more emphasized by MoH. To socially distance means to ensure there is enough physical distance between individuals. This includes to avoid hugging, hand-shaking, fist-bumping, kissing, sharing drinks, joints and so on. This is based on the idea that the virus transmits through droplets which can travel through the air. These droplets are not only coughed out, but spread through breathing too. (Through coughing, the droplets can travel up to 8m/27feet). SD further means to reduce individual social mobility. Some countries enforce lock-downs to ensure people stop mingling among various friend circles. Others rely on each and everyone's emancipation to do the right thing. Reducing social mobility through SD Avoiding a total Shutdown Trinidad & Tobago is the wealthiest Caribbean country. But with just 22bn GDP, its means to financially help are much more limited than economically larger countries around the globe. It is thus of utmost importance for the country, to end this smoothly and quickly. Early reaction and thorough prevention is absolutely crucial for it to be over more quickly. Be the example. Break the chain of transmission through socializing physically. Stay at home. Tips:
Stay physically active despite staying at home. 2-3hrs of exercise per week would be ideal. Jogging around the block is not breaking SD rules
Good morning, hope everyone trades responsibly, let’s make some money!

Meanwhile, analysts at Citi note its shares overreacted to the potential subscription service reports yesterday. Analyst Jason Bazinet says although it makes sense, there are many unknowns, such as the price and whether or not it will have advertisements. The analyst highlights that a consumer survey shows roughly 10% of its respondents were willing to pay for a USD 5/mth plan without ads and more analytic services. Citi estimates if such a service were to occur, it would be priced at USD 20/year internationally and USD 60/year in the US, assuming a 5% penetration for base case and 10% for its bull case with advertisements, the analyst believes the revenue contribution would be limited. Citi maintain a neutral rating. United Continental Holdings (UAL) expects to recognise USD 300mln in employee separation charges in Q2, with USD 50mln to be in cash. General rule of thumb: do not buy businesses in Paleto Bay, the only exception is if you really like to run Doomsday Heist Act 2 finale, in which case this is the best location (terrible for all other acts). Yes, they are cheap but it's a pain in the ass to do anything from all the way north. Locations in the city are always more expensive but the most expensive spots are not always the best spots! I will try to not go into business specifics, for moneymaking guides see /gtaonline's pinned weekly Mega Guide thread. Related: Beginners guide: Properties ranked by necessity
Apartments and garages
You can purchase apartments after reaching Rank 5. Location doesn't matter generally, though you might want to keep a few things in mind. You can set apartments as a spawning location, you will spawn there when joining a freeroam session (not when leaving from a job). There are apartments that can be used to set up heists, you may want to choose a location for your heist apartment near a highway access point as quite a lot of heist setups play in Blaine County. Most apartments come with a garage, but you can also buy standalone garages, these are slightly cheaper than buying an apartment with the same size garage. You can not set standalone garages as your spawning location.
Offices
Buying an office will allow you to become a permanent CEO (as opposed to a VIP which is temporary). It also comes with a lot of purchasable extras. Interior layout is always the same.
You can buy Accomodation which will grant access to a wardrobe and allow you to set this property as a spawning point.
The gun locker extra is not that very useful, it allows you to set up a custom weapon loadout, hiding weapons you don't wish to use. This loadout only works in Freeroam and even there it will be disabled by some jobs (usually those that provide you with a specific weapon).
The money safe is completely useless. Don't buy it if you are short on money.
You can buy 3 separate garages with it, each hold 20 cars over 3 levels which are connected by stairs.
There is also a Custom Auto Shop to purchase, it allows you to do Benny's customizations on your vehicles, though you can not sell your vehicles here (obviously).
Locations
The cheapest Office is Maze Bank West at $1m base price. It's a decent location but with a horrible roof helipad access (lots of stairs). Also most people will have this so if you play in populated lobbies, be wary of hostiles. Highway access nearby, a couple blocks away. The next one is Arcadius Business Center in Downtown Los Santos, next to the Del Perro Highway at $2.25m base price. The roof access is slightly better than Maze Bank West but not by much. The garages can be accessed from the underground parking lot (where you can't sprint for some weird Rockstar reason). Lombank West is 1 block away from Maze Bank West and it costs $3.1m. It has the best roof access of all of the offices. You can parachute straight to Del Perro Beach where you can spawn Personal Aircraft (stored in Hangar). It also probably has the best view of all offices. The garage access is terrible though, vehicles with a low base and a tendency to burn out (such as the Hermes) might get stuck trying to exit. Maze Bank Tower in Downtown LS (near Arcadius) is the worst of the four in effectiveness. It costs $4m at its base price, it's the tallest office, meaning if you want to land on the helipad for quick entrance (press E on PC, probably honk interaction on controllers), you have to gain a lot of altitude. It also has the worst front door and garage access. The view is okay from inside. Roof helipad access has stairs, same as Arcadius.
(Special Cargo) Warehouses
Sourcing missions can be all over the city, sometimes even outside. Always try to get one with an easy highway access because even if you use a helicopter or other nefarious flying vehicle to get to the product, you may still have to drive it back to the warehouse. Best locations for large warhouses are: Wholesale Furniture in Cypress Flats ($1.9m, cheapest), and Darnel Bros Warehouse in La Mesa ($3.5m, most expensive).
Vehicle Warehouses
9 locations. Can be spawning point by default. While the cheapest has a good highway access (La Mesa), it is a very popular spot for its price so you may have to be wary in populated lobbies, as players like to camp it to steal your sourced vehicles, or just to destroy them (watch for proximity mines). It's also in a gang neighbourhood so if shots are fired (by NPCs chasing you) you might get shot at by them, causing damage to your delivered vehicle. Some of the other locations are too far away from highways, anything on the southern side of the map is probably a bad idea. La Puerta and Murrieta Heights locations are pretty good and no gang presence nearby. Davis is a very good location too but it's on the border of two opposing gangs.
Clubhouses
Will allow you to become an MC President and also run MC Businesses. You can monitor the production progress of your Businesses from here. You can also start MC Contracts (similar to VIP jobs, they even share cooldowns) and upgrade it with a Custom Bike Shop, allowing you to do Benny's customization on your bikes (where applicable). Naturally it also allows you to store 10 motorbikes. You can also set it as your spawning point. Most MC Contracts take place in or near the city and even if your Businesses are in Blaine County (more on this later) you might want to have your Clubhouse in the city so you can more easily check on your businesses remotely (having an Arcade totally negates this need though, more on that later). There are two interior layout variants, one with a second floor (such as Vespucci Beach) and one with only ground floor (such as Del Perro).
MC Businesses
For MC Businesses, the main thing about location is that you can sell to a local region (default price) or to a remote location (higher price, you want to choose this). If your business is in Blaine County, the remote location is in Los Santos city, and vice versa. For this reason having any businesses in the southern part of the map (Elysian Island, Terminal etc) or in Paleto Bay/Grapeseed is a very bad idea. Either buy them in the northern parts of Los Santos or in the southern parts of Blaine County. So here is the list:
Cocaine Lockup - Alamo Sea
Methamphetamine Lab - Grand Senora Desert
Counterfeit Cash Factory - Grand Senora Desert
Weed Farm - San Chianski Mountain Range
OR
Cocaine Lockup - Morningwood
Methamphetamine Lab - El Burro Heights
Counterfeit Cash Factory - Vespucci Canals
Weed Farm - Downtown Vinewood
I omitted Document Forgery for a reason, it's not worth running it.
Bunker
Several upgrades, you can add accomodation to be able to set it as a spawning point. Similarly to MC Businesses you can sell to a local or remote location. Since all of the locations are in Blaine County, the remote sales will always be in or near the city. Therefore Bunker locations that are closer to the city are better, the best three are the following (sorted by price, Farmhouse is the best location-wise):
Chumash ($1.65m)
Route 86 ($1.95m)
Farmhouse ($2.375m) ← this is the best bunker
Hangar
Hangars can be used to store your personal aircraft and to source crates which then you can sell. Two main locations are LSIA and Fort Zancudo, each have three hangar spots but you can only own 1 of the 6 in total. Upgrading with Living Quarters will allow you to set it as a spawning point. Missions are all around the map but mostly somewhere in the northern parts of the city or the middle section of the entire map. Thus LSIA locations are really a bad choice if you ever want to do Hangar jobs. Otherwise it might be useful because you can only spawn personal aircraft, personal vehicles or CEO vehicles on LSIA grounds if you have a hangar here. Having a Hangar in Ft Zancudo means you have a low level clearance, you will be allowed on the base and to fly over without getting shot down, this persists in any activity in freeroam. Without question the best Zancudo hangar is "Fort Zancudo Hangar 3499". This is the westernmost of the three, it's the one with the middle range price with a $2.65m base price, the most expensive one in the middle of the military base is $3.25m and the cheapest on the eastern part is $2.085m. The two main reasons why the westernmost hangar is the best:
it's right next to the runway, meaning you can land easily,
you can actually spawn your personal vehicles or CEO vehicles here. The other two Zancudo hangars have bad spawning points and the vehicles will spawn outside the base.
Facility
Facilities are used in Doomsday Heists. Majority of the preps, setups and finales are in or near the city and all Facilities are in Blaine County, similarly to Bunkers. Therefore it's a good idea to own a Facility somewhere close to the city. Upgrading with Sleeping Quarters will allow you to set it as a spawning point. Good locations are the following ones (sorted by accesibility):
Route 68 ($2.3m)
Zancudo River ($2.1m)
Lago Zancudo ($1.67m)
RON Alternates Wind Farm ($1.855m)
The exception is if you are doing Act 2 finales a lot, in which case you may want to have Paleto Bay, but doing basically every other setup and finale will be a pain in the ass from there.
Nightclub
Again, highway access counts only for the very few setup missions (+getting the DJs the first time). If you have a good highway access, the location doesn't matter much, it's mostly area preference. La Mesa, Strawberry, Del Perro are all great. Atmosphere-wise probably Del Perro, Strawberry and Vespucci are the best, with the two Vinewood locations if that's your thing.
Arcade
There are two arcades in Blaine County (Paleto Bay and Grapeseed), you should quickly forget about those if you want to host Casino Heists because the finale is in the city and it's a really long way, not to mention doing all the preps from that far. The only location I would advise against in the city is the Vinewood location (the most expensive) as it's really far from any type of highway, though Del Perro and Davis isn't really great either. The best arcade is the cheapest in the city: La Mesa. It's very close to the Casino (great for finale) and to 3 highways, and since some of the preps take place very far in Blaine County, you will probably want to use the Avenger or personal aircraft (if you have any) to fly there. It's right next to the Los Santos Storm Drain, where you can spawn personal aircraft and the Avenger. The Terrorbyte spawns 2 blocks away as well.
Yachts
Yachts are probably the last type of property you want to blow money on, as it doesn't really provide much. I also suggest waiting for a sale on yachts as they are insanely overpriced.
There are 3 variants, the exterior differs slightly with every one of them and they come with different boats and helicopter. The GTA wiki has a very detailed list on them: https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Galaxy_Super_Yacht#Models The cheapest variant, the Orion is not worth it, in my opinion. It's only 1m cheaper ($6m) than the Pisces and it lacks a hot tub and doesn't spawn with a helicopter on the helipad (as far as I know?). The middle priced variant, the Pisces ($7m) comes with a hot tub and a regular helicopter on one of the helipads (yes, this one has 2). The most expensive one at a $8m base price, the Aquarius has a more expensive speedboat and helicopter spawning with it. It also has minor changes to the deck. In my personal opinion the Pisces has the best layout, but I'm sure there are plenty of review videos on YouTube so you can decide for yourself.
It costs $25k to move the yacht every time, you can find a map with all locations (2-3 spots in every location) here. If the location where you yacht is already taken by another one when joining a session, your yacht will be moved temporarily to the nearest possible location. When you join a session where the spot your yacht was parked originally is free, your yacht will spawn in that location.
