Midtown: Taloofa Fest 2017. “Come on out and have some fun at the third annual Taloofa Fest in Midtown Tallahassee! Taloofa Fest is part block party, part local history fair and part music festival. After the Taloofa Adventure Challenge, the fun continues in the streets of Midtown!
